Spool Carriage Frd:
- Fixed-rate powered pre-stretch carriage (150-200-250%), with manual wrapping tension adjustment possibilities using the potentiometer. Film tensioning is electronically controlled by a load cell and amplifier that control the film unwinding motor inverter. An electromagnetic clutch puts the rubber coated pre-stretch rollers in idle gear to allow for fast and simple film clamp at the beginning of each.
